Colors may also appear differently depending on your device or screen.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, inventory, or product-description errors. If a significant pricing error affects an order that has already been placed, we may contact the customer to provide the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the affected item or order.

4. Orders

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order. Turaath Books reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of:

• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
• Payment issues
• Shipping restrictions
• Unusually large or suspicious orders
• Other circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the amount paid for the cancelled item or order will be refunded.

5. Payment

If we cannot fulfill an item, we may contact you regarding a replacement, adjustment, partial fulfillment, store credit, or refund for the unavailable item, as appropriate.

7. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final, except as specifically provided in our Refund & Return Policy or as otherwise required by applicable law. We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because a customer changed their mind, ordered the wrong item, or no longer wants the product. Orders are subject to our Shipping Policy. Domestic delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays and circumstances outside of Turaath Books' reasonable control may affect delivery. International customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country or local authorities.

Turaath Books is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
