Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Turaath Books. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing your order.

1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Turaath Books does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Ordering the wrong book, title, edition, or quantity
• No longer wanting or needing an item
• Finding the item at a different price elsewhere
• Accidentally placing an order
• Disliking the content, format, size, print, binding, or other characteristics of a book that were accurately represented
• Books that have been opened, read, marked, written in, or otherwise used

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If Turaath Books sends you the wrong item, or your item arrives materially damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To submit a claim, please provide:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the item and any damage
• Photographs of the shipping packaging when applicable

The item must remain in the condition in which it was received.

Once we review your claim, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not materially affect the use of the book, including small dents, scuffs, or other minor imperfections that may occur during shipping, may not qualify as damage.

3. Shipping Issues

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Turaath Books is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

If a package is delayed, lost, or damaged while in the possession of the shipping carrier, please contact us and we will assist you with the available carrier claim process when applicable. Carrier delays do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

4. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made before an order has been processed or shipped. We cannot guarantee that a cancellation request will be approved once an order has been placed. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at maktabahturaathbooks@gmail.com and include your order number.

5. Approved Refunds

If Turaath Books approves a refund, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error by Turaath Books.

6. Digital Products

Digital products, downloadable materials, and electronically delivered items are non-returnable and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by law.
